    Why am Unable to sign into my account and and how am i able to access it on my device?


    Hello, I apologize for the unusual username. I'm experiencing difficulties signing into my Xbox account. When I click on "Add New" and enter my email address, it prompts me to sign in online and provides a code for the https://www.microsoft.com/link website. After entering the code, I'm asked to create a password, but when I do, it repeatedly requests verification of the password without allowing me access to my account.

    I am also suddenly unable to access my unlisted playlists. It does not make sense since I used to be able to watch them just fine. I can access them on my other devices when signed into YouTube - why no longer Xbox??

    Yep... having the same issue. My Fiance has her own account and I was able to sign in to hers. Unfortunately mine is not accessible at all. I am unable to use my account or anything associated with my account.
