Your account cannot be logged in on the console if a game is running on it, otherwise it will stop you from playing a game on the cloud. So make sure your account is not signed in on the console even if someone is using their own account to play a game.

I feel it is more just another option out there with so much focus on mobile. I use the Xbox Streaming to play games in other location at my house. I can pull up my Surface and stream games from my Xbox to it while I am in bed or watching a hockey game
in the living room. Cloud streaming adds a whole new layer to this and is even more mobile.
