    well i made my xbox account and i did not touch parental systems but apparently i'm under parental control. How do i see who put the parental lock on me? or is this just a bug?

    If you can do this procedure on a computer:

    Disable parental controls.
    Press Windows + X and click Control Panel, then under User Accounts click Set Up Parental Controls. ...
    Click on the account you want to configure the web filter for.
    Under Parental Controls, click Disable.

    There are two types of controls you can set, under the xbox settings you will see "privacy" and "family" privacy is for that profile only, and family is for the entire xbox

    You may want to read that article on how to set them, but for what it seems you are asking there isn't a way around it
