    Why am I unable to redeem my Xbox Live Gold gift card?


    I've tried multiple times, got "Code not found". Contacted Sainsbury's (the shop I got the gift card from), told me to contact Microsoft. Did that, not got a reply.

    yes xbox gift cards will work on pc,s and yes you need xbox live gold go for xbox live gold first.

    I have purchased 3 months xbox live, but Microsoft has reverted this to 1 month game pass core. Why?

    Thank you I am not very technical with these things so . Redeem the gift card ... add game pass for £1 and it will automatically move my xbox live gold got it 👍
