    Why am I unable to receive supply drops in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare?


    Every match I play I get 2 supply drops which is obviously a glitch but then when I go to open them they're not there. This also happens with advanced supply drops. Is there any way I can fix this?

    Update: I removed the map pack and am able to receive map packs but can not download the Lightning Pack, it downloads to the hard drive but I cant seem to use it.
