    Why am I unable to add a friend?


    I am able to add friends except one particular friend. I've been on to his Profile on Xbox live and gone to "Add friend". I've chosen to friend him and pressed submit but keep getting the message "Sorry we are unable to save your changes at the moment.
    Please try again in a while". I've been trying for days now and still keep getting this message. What could the problem be as I am able to friend others? Thanks.

    Hi

    I have checked with the friend and he hasn't blocked me. I tried removing and re-installing the Microsoft account as you suggested but I am still getting the same problem. Any other suggestions please?

    try a hard reset and try again make shore the person you have added has not somehow been added to you block section

    I've only seen this happen if the person in question has blocked you. I've heard that you will get that message if you try to add them while they have you blocked. But hopefully someone else can shed more light about if there are other possible reasons
    that this might show up. Good luck and hope you get it figured out soon.
