Why am I suspended

Hi I would like to find out how and why there was a suspension on my Xbox what exactly happened how do I go about doing that. Because I also pay for your service paid $500 for a console and I'm not going to have a bunch of little bratty kids get together
and Bully my son into being suspended on the Xbox so I'd like to find out how it happens and why. I don't know I don't play that much Xbox but I know that I pay you a lot of money and or Xbox a lot of money and I deserve an explanation even if my service is
suspended for 5 minutes thanks a lot have a great day so the question being why how and what can I do to find out as a parent I want to know.

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. Unfortunately 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review.

Check your email account associated with your gamertag. You will have an email from Xbox with reasons why you have been suspended.

they don't specify exactly what you did but generalise what you did, when suspended you forfeit any time lost. lucky you don't get a perm ban as then you forfeit all your games, apps and any subscription time left.
