Why am I still banned

Discus and support Why am I still banned in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so my suspension was supposed to be lifted on Monday the 19th and it wasn't lifted until Thursday the 22nd and I was then able to play on Xbox live but...     Why am I still banned


    so my suspension was supposed to be lifted on Monday the 19th and it wasn't lifted until Thursday the 22nd and I was then able to play on Xbox live but I am still not able to send messages or talk in parties I can talk in game chat that it but it is now
    Tuesday of the next week and still nothing has happened for me to be able to send messages or talk in parties

    First of all, you may want to check, you might have done something wrong without knowing it.

    For example, some very silly people might report you for your name.

    why am i still banned

    im wanting to know why im still banned from playing halo reach when we and brac12207 have done nothing wrong NOTHING WRONG and its going on five days now and im getting the run around about it all that we wanna do is play a video game that
    is not to much to ask i shouldnt have to go through this when i just want to play a video game we cant earn credits on our xbox or our accounts this is getting old when we have done nothing i want this resolved asap

    Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, queries and additional information can be found on our Xbox Enforcement page while signed-in. You can also check the option to file a Case
    Review     for additional information.

    You can also contact official Xbox Support to check your account: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    Why am I still banned?

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.
    If these steps don't work contact support and see if you still have and active ban, there has been a issue where additional bans do not show up on the enforcement site

    Oh ok sweet it's 2nd of December now in the morning if I'm still banned after work im ringing Microsoft. This is not on. Very disappointed. Thank you though I hope your right.

    WHY AM I STILL BANNED?!

    Support can't help as xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with them.

    You need to go to the enforcement site to see any enforcement action on your account
