Why am I still banned?

    Why am I still banned?


    so I was banned two weeks ago and now today is the day I got unbanned, I turn on my Xbox and it still says I'm banned. I go to enforcement to check what happened and it's not telling me I'm banned so what happened, I'm fairly certain I didn't get a device
    ban since my ban was just for accidentally putting an overly lewd photo of an anime chick. I just wanted to put the face. But other than that I just want to know if this issue can be fixed

    Why am I not yet shown on the in-game Leaderboards?

    I want to compete with some friends for highest scores on the in-game Leaderboards, but the game just tells me I have to play the game in order to be ranked. Errr, I've completed the Hard guitar tour already.

    The only person on my friends list that shows up (and many have played the game) is Guns LotsOfGuns.

    What do I have to do to get the flipping Leaderboards to work!?

    GH2 - they worked but couldn't be sorted by difficulty level so we couldn't battle for bragging rights on Hard/Expert if we couldn't achieve the same sort of scores as Medium.

    GH3 - utterly and fundamentally broken and thus completely useless in game, as far as I was concerned. They didn't show everybody, the filters didn't seem to work, scrolling up/down would change who was shown. We never used them.

    Rock Band - I'm not listed and I can't see my friends.

    Why am I still banned? :( Why are Leaderboards apparently so difficult to implement properly! Why am I still banned? :mad:

    Having the same problem myself, finished the drums and guitar tour on medium and nothing on the leaderboards. :thumbsdow

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.
    If these steps don't work contact support and see if you still have and active ban, there has been a issue where additional bans do not show up on the enforcement site

    Oh ok sweet it's 2nd of December now in the morning if I'm still banned after work im ringing Microsoft. This is not on. Very disappointed. Thank you though I hope your right.

    WHY AM I STILL BANNED?!

    Support can't help as xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with them.

    You need to go to the enforcement site to see any enforcement action on your account
