    Why am i still baned? My suspension ended a month ago.

    why is my band still on?

    I had a ban 10/13/17 and when it was time to end it didn't i went on the website and it said that it going to end on 10/23/17 when i couldn't even talk to anyone but it still got more time on it. And it ended this month on the 23 on my brother account but
    it is still on my account for 2 month and i'm really getting mad because it should have ended a month ago but its still there...so i'm trying to get in contact with the enforcement team so they can fix this but i cannot find anything to get in contact with
    anyone.

    My Xbox One comunication ban

    About three weeks ago I got a Xbox one comunication suspension. I had also gotten my Xbox online play privileges suspended, but that ended a week ago. I still have not gotten my comunication suspension lifted, and I can't see the date that it will end. Im
    trying to see if its a permanent ban, or if it is just a longer suspension.

    My 2 week console ban on communicating and online multiplayer should've veen lifted but it hasnt.
