Why am I signed out of Xbox live when I launch call of duty black ops on my Xbox one?

On Xbox one when am signing into Xbox live its fine however when I try to play on call of duty black ops 3 online it's saying my account is not allowed to play on Xbox live ? My Xbox name is , HELP
