Why am I seeing ads upon turning my console on

This bull 🐂 how dear you ms put adds on Xbox why should we put up with this it's not normal I've had to have a moan about this before people don't spend there hard cash to turn on their Xbox to view adverts they turn to play games if we wanted a system like that we would all just get a fire or Google tablet and play freemium games if you can call them that so pack this rubbish in it's not like your desperate for money 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

Nevermind, after turning it on and off a dozen times it said I need a system update. Upon installing said update, everything worked. My console is still quiet (You might ask why am I complaining the console is quiet, thats because when I hear the "gears"
moving I know its working, silence is never a good thing in electronics).

Woah !! Ok...never experienced that personnaly on my Xbox One, just have some add for Xbox Gold or Game Pass subscriptions, but that !?!? It's clearly annoying without being disturbing.
