Why am I randomly missing 1000 vbucks after not being on for abt a week

Multiple people are reporting the same issue, so it seems to be an Xbox server issue. You can report the issue at http://xbox.com/status

Just a friendly reminder though that in-game currency is handled by the game support. But no worries, let me help you still. For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

I believe the code for 1000 vbucks comes in a xbox message or email to you after about a week after purchase.

Others could confirm this as I've seen this problem a couple times before.

I bought it more than 2 weeks ago, i wanted to buy xbox gold 3 month subscription with the promotion of the 1000 vbucks, i talked to a xbox representative becouse i had a problem buying it and he bought it there, and now i dont recieve the 1000 vbucks
