    Why am i Prompted to buy ultimate when already paid?


    So I was kicked off rainbow six last night and party and could not rejoin. I rebooted and could not start a party or join. When loading up a game I am now prompted to join gold or ultimate? I did a hard reset several times, and still the same outcome.

    I pay £10.99 a month through direct debit. My account shows i have this sub.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried removing your account and then adding it back on?

    It still says next charge to be on the 15th Nov which came off my bank on the 18th.

    When logging into Xbox live everything looks fine. It's just when I play or start a party.

    Still showing my sub as ultimate.

    Has this been solved for anyone yet? Its been 23 hours now and ive tried everything thats been suggested, and to be quite honest ive had enough now, i was supposed to be spending my night playing with friends, complete waste of my time. Tried talking on
    support and nobody knows anything. In 23 hours nobody knows whats going on? Why?
