One of the individuals in that picture will lead to a permanent ban if used in your gamerpic & is strictly against the ToU/CoC.

As the decision of your appeal was upheld there's nothing else you can do.

The only specific detail that was given was that it was because of the gamerpic. No further information was given. It seems like there was a mistake made on microsoft’s end. They have not denied the appeal, it is under review. This enforcement action is completely out of place. The picture had no nudity, gore, or offensive language.

I did exactly what you said and they responded saying that the enforcement was “warranted.” I can’t even check the status of it anymore because I am banned. This is insane. It’s my second offense ever and was very mild and I am permanently banned. Somehow, I still exist on xbox though as my friend looked me up. Could the ban only be temporary? This is crazy. There has to be another way to contact them.

Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox enforcement action.
