    I wanted to play Starfield offline, but couldn't because I needed to turn on offline permissions. When I went to turn it on, I saw that I've reached the limit of 3 changes in a year. What? I've never heard of this setting before till today and yet I'm out of changes? I've looked around and it looks like this message only comes up if you touched the offline permissions settings and I clearly haven't so what gives? I realized that I can't replenish my changes, so I wanna know when my precious changes were used because I only have one PC and I don't have any offline games I would've liked to play back then to even consider changing this setting. Does it turn on automatically? I don't know maybe someone here can give me an answer.

    Found a fix! Went into xbox gamepass app settings and enabled offline permissions, not sure why this changed anything but works perfectly now!

    You might be better setting up the permissions to allow you to type a password in to allow permission for games and set your phone number up so it can send you a pin to use to give permission. I am not sure why you are not receiving the email to give permission
    though, for that one i would suggest speaking to Microsoft Support

    So, I opened Microsoft Store (something I have never ever opened, because, I wouldn't need to), and offline permissions was set to off. When I tried to toggle it, it gave me an error log saying that this was the 3rd time I've changed it in 365 days. I have NEVER opened that app before at all, and I just bought this computer on Black Friday besides. So, who's messing with my settings from Microsoft? I was able to play Minecraft offline until 2 weeks ago. No one has access to my computer besides my, in my in-person life.
