    Why am I only getting one refund.


    I got an email that the refund for the game and it’s dlc will be refunded(since they don’t work)

    I check my bank account and only one is on pending and the other is not there. What to do?

    I understand, unfortunately, as I said we are only the community we are not Microsoft employees, the only way to request a refund is using the website, as I said, rest assured your refund can be requested at any time if it does not appear as pending, you may need to wait for a time because the request you made was recent.

    - Hopefully, everything will be alright.
