Why am I not seeing downloads/purchases?

From where did you make the purchase? Are you signed in to the account that made the purchases? Do they not show up in the ready to install section of your Xbox? Do they show up in your accounts purchase history?

I feel silly! Something you said gave me an idea of where else to look and I found them. Thank you for replying!

However, there are a few reasons why this might not be possible.

Another possibility is that there is a problem with your Microsoft account. Make sure your account is up to date and there are no issues with your Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass subscription.

Can you still see the game in your purchase history? If you do, you should be able to click and download it from there even if the game has been delisted.

Ah, I see. Then most likely it's because of legal reasons, since my Microsoft account is fine. I tried downloading it from my PC via the Xbox app, but it wouldn't let me.

It's still rather disappointing since I basically no longer own that game and will get nothing back from it.
