    Hello Microsoft, I have 10 minecoins and I have had that 10 for over 3 years. And issue I am having is that I have had completed multiple achievements in Minecraft but the only thing I receive is the accessories and not the minecoins. I play Minecraft pocket edition for my android. Even on my old phone I have still not have gotten my minecoins. I was wondering and hoping if you could help me with this issue or tell me if I didn't do a certain thing with my account, please?

    Thank you for your response and information about the system. I'm still a little unclear about how it all works. On Minecraft it shows i have over 1000 minecoins from achievements, but my first achievement, I had gotten 10 minecoins from the achievement "taking inventory". Since after that I haven't received anymore. Even on the achievements page it shows how much I could obtain from completing such, but never get the reward unless it's an accessory for my character. Thank you for your response and I do apologize for not fully understanding what you had explained.

    Currently, Minecraft does not award Minecoins for unlocking achievements, either in Pocket Edition or other versions.

    Minecoins can only be obtained through purchase, gift cards, or through special Microsoft promotions (which are very rare). If you saw something saying that achievements awarded Minecoins, it may have been a confusion with older programs like Microsoft Rewards.
