    Why am I not getting xbox Gold when it says I paid for it? Cant access games!


    My concern is in the Title. Im paying for gold rewards when Im unable to get free games with gold. You tell me.

    For some reason, I have absolutely no internet service even if the Xbox says everything is fine. I CAN access my games offline. But that still isn't acceptable to me since many of my games require online not to mention my gold member status (I paid for this
    service I can no longer use).

    Xbox Live Trial Codes

    Correct me if I am wrong,but when you use a trial code for live you get trial access to Xbox Live gold. So why cant I play online after using a trial code? I can do party chat and download games with gold but can not play Destiny online. It is a bit pointless
    having a Trial if you cant use it properly. I will be purchasing XBL on Tuesday when I get paid so its not that much of a problem, more annoying really.

    Have you checked the website https://account.microsoft.com/services

    One of the most common issues people have is, putting GOLD on an account that is not being used to purchase the GOLD games.

    Check the web link above and see ig you have a GOLD subscription on that account.

    Same here i just paid for gold membership for the second time first on my computer then on my xbox and it says i am a free member still and i have been spending hours trying to figure it out and i am going nuts. i have no clue what i shuold do and why it
    keeps on doing that and why i cant access the xbox live features.

    DId you read what I wrote? I am an xbox gold Member. I have paid the subscription fee twice. When I say I paid the fee again, that means I paid it once before, and I am already a member. Why would I be complaining about this if I weren't a gold member?

    Why would I lose Xbox Live Gold by removing myself from the family pack when I paid for Xbox live? That doesn't seem fair. I do not recall seeing anything saying that i would no longer have access to xbox live. How do i get it back? I cant re-add myself
    because this is the only account i use. The leader of the Family account is deleted and and i do not remember the email.

    Are you getting a prompt to get an Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? If yes, jus a friendly reminder though that to play a paid online multiplayer game an Xbox Live Gold subscription is required which is why you're getting the prompt.

    Game Pass for Console is a subscription where you can access the game pass library, the Xbox Live Gold subscription is different but it is included on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
