Why am I not getting reward points from gamepass games like I used to?

If you are over 18, then you have to play a Game Pass game for at least 15 minutes for the points to be awarded.

There was a recent update to Xbox Rewards quests. If you are under 18, you can no longer earn Xbox Rewards. If that is not the case, you'd want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

To enourage people to get gamepass ultimate instead of regular gold or gamepass. Ultimate is a much better value in the long run. That's why i was saying if you use Microsoft Rewards, then it'll be easier to renew ultimate at pretty much the same price as gold using the points.

The thing is that these are Gamepass quests, you only have them if you have a Gamepass subscription. It would be like getting the free gold games a month without gold. Which are now one and the same I guess.

You can still earn points with the Microsoft Rewards though as they are the same as Gamepass quests' points.

I am using Edge on my smartphone and on my PC and it is worth using it because of the points you get. And you can do what ever you want with it. You can use it for more money on your account or even better game pass. 4,500 points for 5 $ or 6800 points for
1 month gamepass(10% worth). I love those rewards.
