Why am i not getting points ?

i am a member since : 23 september 2015 but i am still not gaining points for getting achievements.

why am i not getting any of my points and why does the rewards program not recognize my gold status I pay the 9.99 a month.

I purchased a game today and points are not showing in my account

 

I have had my rewards for some time and it says I have over 5000 but it still hasn't given points

hey I am having trouble getting the points i have over 5000 liffetime points already i dont understand why i can not use them

someone help please

We do not award Credits for achievements, unless as part of a special offer. Currently, there are no offers for achievements.
