    Why am I not getting a email confirming my reward?


    I want to redeem 400 Robux for 6000 points, which I have. I click redeem and it sends me to a page where I have to click confirm reward. It says send to my email account, but when I click confirm reward, nothing happens.

    You would get a personal email of your rewards and have to confirm the address and what not

    @Pantalaimon: That could be why I didn't get the email maybe. Although I did have the rep from Friday morning confirm my email address. Then again the rep when he called me to confirm the card sounded extremely nervous and told me he only works on chat
    and was nervous doing the call. I could relate though, I have been in his position before as I worked chat support for Amazon at one point. You might be right, I think I am going to contact them and have them confirm the email address on file, though I am
    99.99% it is the correct email.

    Did this ever get resolved? And if so how? Because I'm having the same problem and no one at Microsoft rewards have gotten back to me and I never got a confirmation email but it took my points.
