    Why am I not allowed to join the Xbox insiders hub


    I am apart of the preview program and it won't let me join the Xbox insiders hub because of my past behaviour I don't understand how that would have any affect on it please help

    Insiders hub

    Unfortunately your enforcement history cannot be erased and one of the prerequisites to join the Insider program is a clean enforcement history.

    If I'm not mistaken, you may have to wait 12 months from the date of an action to join preview.

    hi there I contacted Xbox support as I wanted to use the Xbox insiders hub but my frieand got angry and asked his frieands to spam the report button this is the second time he did it I wanted to use the insiders hub to play the minecraft bata but I can't
    becouse of this I contacted Xbox support and then they said to come here and gave me this code 1397142090

    Any enforcement action that has taken against you in the past blocks you from entering the Insider hub.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The Xbox Insider program should allow you to join as long as the account meets all the correct qualifications, and the console is signed in to the correct account. The article entitled

    Get the Xbox Insider Hub App     contains details about joining the Xbox Insider program. The

    Xbox User Reddit     is where our Xbox Insider users will go to post issues with the Insider program. Be sure to let us know the results!
