Why am I not allowed access to "See All Collections"?

Discus and support Why am I not allowed access to "See All Collections"? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Every time I attempt to open "See All Collections" Microsoft Jigsaw shuts down.     Why am I not allowed access to "See All Collections"?


    Every time I attempt to open "See All Collections" Microsoft Jigsaw shuts down. I see from Microsoft support I'm not the only one with this problem. However, it apparently has never been addressed or solved in MS support nor here (Xbox support). That
    is a sad state regarding the commitment of Microsoft toward the consumer.

    unable tomopen All Collections site to get the winter collection.

    I am unable to to open the All Collections page in order to get the Winter Collection. I also have only four collections in jigsaw jam and do not appear to have access to more even though I have completed all levels.

    so your allowed to buy the DLC Collection 4 but your not allowed to play it unless your an ELITE member?

    I am have the same issue I am not an elite member and I can play COD3 if I just remove the DLC Collection 4 file.

    I'm sorry to hear your refund request was denied. If you haven't replied to the email you received from the Refund Team yet to appeal their decision and explain yourself better as to why you wanted your subscription refunded I highly recommend replying to their email so your refund request will be re-opened, and hopefully, they'll give you consideration based on your reasons.

    can't sign in to my Jigsaw game

    Having the same issue for the last two weeks and have tried everything.... Even as far as reinstalling windows store... I know I'm signed in the right account because I can see my invoice for the premium membership but jigsaw won't let me sign in.... And
    because I reinstalled I also lost the collections I purchased and all the points I had collected. Why am I paying for something I am unable to use?

    I found a microsoft article that states screenshots and videos can be accessed only through the mobile app. I am not exactly sure why Microsoft did this. They seem to do a lot of things to deliberately make life harder instead of easier.
    I agree with this, I don't see why Microsoft doesn't allow us to see it on the PC version. Most of those that actually want to do anything with their captures, do so on a PC.
