    Why am I not able to see or send xbox game invites on my PC?


    I have been using my pc for about a year and a half now and its been working fine until a couple of days ago. I wanted to play fortnite with my friend who is on xbox and I tried to add her as a friend through epic games and it wouldn't work for some reason. I then tried to send her an invite through the xbox game bar and then invite to game option is just darkened out and it won't let me invite people to game. Also, I know it's only on my PC because I checked on my xbox and I am still able to send and receive game invites just fine. I went to check if it's my internet and it wasn't that, and i've checked out some settings and they look fine as well. I am on windows 11 and I would really like some help please.

    I am having the same issue with my daughters Xbox. I play Ark; Survival Evolved with her. I have a server running on a PC at home and invite myself and my daughter from the admin screen. I receive the invite but she doesn't. But once I am in the game I send
    an invite and she receives it. Yet in any other game if I send an invite it fails saying she is offline. She is online though. Weirdly, if she changes it to Offline it then displays me as being offline too on her Xbox. I think we have a gremlin hiding on our
    network!

    To Whom it may concern,

    I am having issues sending Game Invites, both through the console and through the Game (Game is COD WWII).

    Anyhow I have reboot my Xbox, I have reset it back to Factory, still not able to send Game Invites, I can however send a Party Invite.

    Even if we are in the same party I still can not send them an invite. (Multiple People not just one).

    Any ideas.
    Also try and restart the game itself not just the Xbox, I have seen a trend in recent COD games where it does not allow you to send them but if you press the Xbox menu button and then the menu button on the application and Quit the game and reboot it, it often
    corrects itself.

    I have received an invite for the program 3 times and I have waited 2+ weeks for the message and I have not yet got the invite, I am 22 and my account still says its a child account so that's why the invite hasn't been send, I also wasn't able to graduate
    my console even when I have called Xbox support and have talked about it and I should, but its not showing for them either.

    Unable to Join Game or Accept Invites on Sea of Thieves after installing Steam version

    After uninstalling and reinstalling Sea of Thieves and the Xbox Game Bar many times, I am able to invite and accept invites on Sea of Thieves Insider through the Game Bar. I am able to send invites from the Game Bar for Sea of Thieves. However, when I receive an invite or try to join in on Sea of Thieves, I still have the same problem. Sea of Thieves and Sea of Thieves Insider are two different builds. There must be a file somewhere on my computer that is not being deleted or uninstalled and it's not allowing me to accept these invites on just Sea of Thieves. I don't know how to find this file.
