Why am I not able to play rust console edition S|X early even though I own deluxe edition?

For some reason I cannot play early access as advertised on the version of the game I purchased. Many other people are having this problem too. The developers say they cant do anything to resolve this issue neither and are waiting on Microsoft to fix it.

As you stated, there is a known issue for it and Microsoft is working on a fix.

I own the deluxe version of the new gen Rust X/S which comes with 7 day early access but it will not let me open the game keeps saying im too early.

Did you manage to find a solution?

I have an Xbox Series X and an Xbox One S. I have restarted both consoles multiple times. I cannot even download the game on my One S. On the Series X, I was able to download "something" by clicking on the tile in my games inventory, but the result is only 74GB instead of the 96GB shown in the MS store.

How do I get help with this? I am unable to play the game on the Series X (I get an error that I am too early, even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition), and I am unable to download anything on the Xbox One S.

Can anyone help?

i set the series X as the home xbox and it did not let me play MW3 even though i own it.

Edit : When i swapped the series X as my home console it took away MW3 on the series S too. So now i cant play on both consoles.

He is more than likely having legit issues King. I bought the deluxe edition and 2/3 of the DLC is not there. DLC Weapons and Outfits are missing even though I am able to play the game.
