why am i not able to play digitally purchased games bought from my old xbox to my new

the game was purchased on an xbox one s. it is just the standard edition of tom clancys rainbow six seige. and i have tried searching for the game but says i have to purchase it

For the meantime, you can play games you purchased digitally through the Microsoft Store. Here is how:

• On any Xbox console, sign in using your Microsoft account, and then connect to the Xbox network.
  
• Go to My games & apps > Games.
  
• Find the game you want to play. If the game is not yet installed, highlight the game title, press the Menu button, and then select Install.
  
• When the game is installed, select the game from your collection, and then select Play.

I got the game by sharing with a different Xbox (which only works with digital games). The game was purchased digitally on a separate account and Xbox but I am able to play it on my account and Xbox from game sharing. Is that why my digital vault edition upgrade won’t work?

Just bought the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, which does not have a disc drive.

I have a few games that i installed from disc to my Xbox 360, can i now download these onto my new Xbox One, rather than re-purchase them?

I'm not sure you'd be able to play those old 360 titles on your All-Digital Edition Xbox One, unless you own a digital licence for a game, I think it uses the disc to prove ownership.
