    I have tried for two weeks now to contact Microsoft for not being able to submit a review of my account? I've called they were no help! My account got banned for no reason by a moder.

    Not able to submit a case review?

    Yeah I have had this problem to, this accounts name got changed to, from my gamertag '[Mod Removed]' to some sillyfawn gt, honestly a pain

    @Lord - you must sign in with the affected gamertag to submit the case review. If you are underage then you may need to have the parental account do so.

    @silly - You will need to take that up with the PET however, when I researched a specific part of your gamertag it came up as a racial slur which more than likely would be the reason it was changed. However, only the PET can answer that.

    The enforcement team is responsible for all suspensions and support does not have access. If you are not able to log in to the enforcement team website to submit a case review then you just have to wait it out. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

    Its been like this since August of this year at least. I posted a topic here about it

    I tried out every suggestion handed to me and nothing. Its obviously a bug with Microsoft and they refuse to acknowledge and address it and instead do the usual "blame the player" routine. This problem has been reported many times here in 2019 and 2018.
    I have even found topics about this dating back to 2015.

    Try a hard reset of the machine, if not resolved try this:



    Ok! Let's go ahead and turn the console off, unplug the power from the back and let it sit for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, plug it in and turn it on. when we are at the dash, let's go to Settings >
    Network > Network settings > Advanced > alternate mac > clear > it'll do another restart
