    I am using debit and i have tried to buy gamepass many times this problem always comes up , it every time says "we are having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out "

    Hi there RayyanMir,

    I would check with your bank institution to ensure they have not put a fraud block on your card as its the bank who authorises transactions, furthermore tell them that your going to make a purchase with microsoft so they can add it to your profile of spending
    their end.

    xbox gamepass (PC app) subscription ran out, but i got a free month of it on my console

    I am using ultimate and I have tried fixing it by logging out restarting the app then logging back in and thats the only thing I can come up with. I am also able to use the gamepass benefits on the console but i have to renew my payment on the app but I dont know why
