    Why am i missing so many purchases? And why is it trying to make me pay for them again?


    I recently got back into minecraft, but have noticed that im missing the Dragonborn mashup pack and the natural textures pack. I know for a fact that i purchased both, as i purchased the dragonborn mashup pack at the same time as the vault tec mashup pack. I also know that ive played it extensively, seeing as i actually still have save files from said pack. The natural texture pack i should own as well, as i do still have world saves with that pack active but now unplayable, as it is now trying to make me repurchase it. Because im being told i have to repurchase these packs, my save files have all corrupted and ive lost multiple worlds due to this. I refuse to have to pay for something i already own.

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Can you check your purchase history here? Microsoft Order History

    - If the purchase appears with an order number and is marked as completed, you should own and access these packs

    - Using the account that made the purchase, go to Xbox Store > Search for these packs and see if it shows "Own".

    If it doesn't, try the following:

    1. Remove your profile from the Xbox.

    2. Restart your console.

    3. Sign back in and try again.

    However, if the game doesn’t appear in your order history, you may need to locate the account used to purchase it and set it as your Home Xbox to share the game with your current account.
