    My Gamerscore went backwards and is missing 565 Gamerscore...HELP!

    I am missing more than the 410 I got from that game, I am also missing some from Xbox One game Riptide GP2. But thanks for that much at least, there is no point in me contacting Telltale because the score had been sticking on my account all day. I am not
    the only one that is losing score, I know of at least one other person that has complained about losing 250 GS today.

    Awesome, thank you very much!

    Where I'm going my internet access will be limited, but I am bringing an Xbox. Just wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose the gamer score I'm likely to accumulate while working a camp job.

    Are you also losing those achievements? Because the only reason you would lose GS is because you were caught cheating to get those achievements.

    I would suggest a Power Shutdown (Hold the Off Button for 10 sec. then turn it back on) followed by starting a different game. Then reload the game where you received the Achievements and see if it adds up again.

    Achievements sometimes only get rewarded after a day or two, so it might also be wise to just not worry about it yet, and see if it adds up again. If not, come back and post us the result. I am sure someone here will read the problem and be able to help
    or give some good advise.

    I took the time and compared your Gamescore with mine and noticed, you unlocked three Achievements so far, 20+20+10 gives a Total of 50. That is what it is showing as Total gained Gamescore, so lucky for you it added everything correctly at the moment

    I haven't looked at my gamerscore in years. I could lose half of them and probably wouldn't notice or care.

    I've heard of achievements not unlocking on the Xbox One right away, but a person's gamerscore would never decrease. From the OP's profile, they've only played 2 games total, and only unlocked achievements in NBA 2K15.

    Are you asking about the account you're using here, or a different account? Because this account only has 3 achievements. If you are asking about this account, is it online when you unlock the achievements?
