    Why am I having to buy gamepass now for BF 2042?


    I have had battlefield 2042 since the very beginning. I’ve been playing multiplayer for well over a year and a half to two years. I pay for Xbox gold. I paid for Battlefield 2042. Now it’s asking me to purchase game pass so I can play multiplayer on battlefield 2042 when I’ve been playing it without game pass for almost 2 years.****?

    If it was not required when I spent 60 to 70 bucks for Battlefield 2042 and Xbox gold live then I want my money back

    Check your subscriptions at http://account.microsoft.com Gold was discontinued in September. Game Pass Core took its place. So in order to play online, you need Core or Ultimate (which includes Core).

    There is a trial and no bf 2042 isn't available except as a trial on gamepass

    You can use the gamepass as a discount via ea play

    You can get a 2hour trials with xbox gamepass ultimate and yes bf 2042 is NOT A FREE game

    Bf2042 is a multiplayer game ONLine only game

    it's not free on any system and only pc is it free multiplayer
