Why am I getting this sign in error in games on Xbox pc app?

Please, first, check your time settings, and set it to automatic.

Press the Windows Key + X > Settings > Time & language > Date & time > Enable "Set Timezone Automatically" and "Set Time Automatically".



Afterward, make sure your Windows is updated:

Then, reset the Microsoft Store:

Press the Windows Key + R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.



Next, check for app updates on the store:

With the Microsoft Store open, click on Library > Get Updates.



After that, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool: https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved (Press "Y").

I am having the same error code on my PC Cant sign into the xbox companion app

I have the same issue. No errors when signing in, just goes through the motions. I click on lets play button after signing in and it shows that im not logged in. I also cant play any games through the app. Get an error that i'm not logged into xbox.
tried reinstalling the xbox pc beta app, and the xbox identity provider app, restarted pc, and still not fixed.

This is till happening. Every time I try to start the game I get the error message about my profile no longer being available and to contact support.



I am able to sign into the xbox app on my pc and into the Microsoft email address.

I am having a similar problem. I signed up for the xbox game pass for pc beta today and paid for it, yet whenever I click on a game in the app, it prompts me to sign up and pay for it again, then gives me an error.
