    why am i getting suspensions but other ppl arnt??


    so i tried uploading a pfp and i got 2 suspensions?? the picture is perfectly fine, its of a girls legs in hello kitty pjs and holding up a middle finger to the ground. im just confused how ppl can have weed and guns and knives as a pfp just fine but mine got taken down and given a suspension. and to make the situation even more dumb, as a joke ages and ages ago on my old xbox account i had the nazi flag as a pfp and even THAT didnt get taken down. its actually ridiculous, if it carries on im just gonna switch to playstation bc i cant deal w xboxs dumb rules. i cant even appeal against it

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    When uploading content to Xbox services or Microsoft services, it is always best to think "Would this be suitable to show to a child as young as 6"

    If you are not 100% sure it would be, don't upload it.

    With regards to other people uploading questionable content. please report these to the Family Safety team via the reporting tools found on the console or the Xbox profile. This way, the Family Safety team will be able to review and act on the report.

    Just because the other pics are there, doesn't mean they're allowed. If they get reported too, the enforcement team will take care of them as well. Most likely, you just happened to get reported for that one.
