Why am I getting no Xbox Live Gold Remembrance badge that was distributed to players...

After multiple contacts of Microsoft support I have yet to have been given the xbox live gold remembrance badge that was given to basically everyone a few weeks ago in September of 2023 in remembrance of xbox live gold 2002-2023. I've most definitely have had xbox live gold. Multiple agents that I've contacted through support have also checked and stated that I have and is eligible to have this badge just as everyone else. I was told to wait till the next week started for badges and still have no badge. What is going on??? Even my xbox 360 states that I have a 7 year tenure of gold which predates the creation of gamepass, and my xbox series console shows a tenure of 3 years which predates the ending of xbox live gold. Please, fix this! I seriously want this badge just as everyone else! Multiple contacts and documentation have been made surrounding my case, all as proof that I've been stated to be eligible as well! I even have picture proof and have even shown proof. Still, has nothing been done no matter how many contacts and sources I've gone to try and fix this . Please fix this! Thank you! I have waited multiple weeks for this to be resolved and nothing has happened. Even being told I'd have an email that details the result of my case, yet never gotten back to for weeks. It's been starting to kind of suck. Even when I was brought to contact the rewards team, only for them to send me right back to contacting xbox support, the same support that always keeps telling me to contact the rewards team. It's a constant repeated cycle for weeks and weeks. Can some higher-up that can actually do something please fix this already? Please, and thank you!
