Why am I forced to reinstall my game after purchasing additional content?

only the developers could answer that, but if you interrupted the download, you may have corrupted it I may have to download it again. Updates can come at any time and may be required to continue to play online

I definitely didn't interupt any download because it had forced me to reinstall the moment I purchased the DLC. It also isn't an issue with the DLC itself as it is a 10MB download and I have not had this issue with similar add-ons.

Same issue here.. free version worked .. the free weekend with all the additional access worked well. I bought the full version and now i can only play the offline campaign. Curious if anyone has tried uninstalling all the paid-for content packs and just tried reinstalling the warzone pack to gain access to warzone2. My problems started after i purchased the full version and added on the additional game packs for the campaign.

Hi, are you referring to the DLC for a game? If so buying a game grants you access to the original content only, not any additional content sold separately. I am sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your purchase, however it is made clear what content
comes with the game and what content is available for additional download.

Purchased on xbox store on the xbox. My home xbox and xbox i'm logged into both show that the additional content is installed. Home xbox shows the Black Hand items in the game's menu but the other one doesn't even though it shows that content as installed.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the deluxe content but no change.
