    Why am I forced to have the events beta app on my xbox?


    I uninstall it immediately every time, just like the rewards scam, but I'm forced to reinstall it whenever there's an update. Why?

    Myself as well. In the Registration app it says that my console is registered for updates, but I cannot find any way to access the forums (or force an update to the May beta).

    Am I missing something?

    Hey xNSHD you do realize that 1.The beta was optional so if you didn't want to help improve xbox then why the heck sign up for a beta it's not like they forced you and 2.A beta has bugs because they realized it to public so people could report bugs to them
    not go and complain on the forums about how buggy it is and 3. The adverts don't slow your xbox I have had my Xbox for 6 years and am part of the beta progra and my Xbox runs the same it has for 6 years

    Tx. Like you, I have no need for Xbox , I just want to play flight sim. But ... I was forced to install the Xbox (beta) app to get the Flight sim work.

    Oh okay. Does it matter if the event beta app updated by it self? Cause Im not part of that beta program . I tried posting in review, but it said i had to own the app 1st , and its in my apps right now . Thanks for responding . Just covering my bases here,and making sure Im not still being attacked after having to reset whole console 2 days ago.
