    We've had four years of this forum software. They fixed the paragraphing in quick reply and the spell-checker by removing it.

    Microsoft are perhaps the biggest software company in the world, if they actually wanted to they probably could fix this place overnight.

    This edition of the forums went up over a year ago. The other set of forums were up mid 2011.

    Being a former mod I do know that there was always plenty of talk between mods and the admins. Things have changed, yes some for the better but still some for the worse. The fact that gamecards still do not show X1 traffic just baffles me. Forum errors,
    load fails lack of emails working 97% of the time. etc. etc. etc.

    Just my opinion but from what I know over the last 4 years being around all aspects of this place, I don't see much in the way of improvements. I really think there is more effort being put into the other things (special programs) then there is for the average
    core users. I find that kind of sad really knowing how it once was years ago.

    In the old days of the previous forum , spelling , and grammer were a big thing .

    Used by gangs of forum regs , when losing an argument , as a last resort to derail a thread and have it locked .

    Ah , the old days , the dude with the blue font , I hated him .

    I'm a bit tardy to the party on this thread but Scratch hit most of what I would say. We all use the same forums and run into the same frustrating issues. I have

    facedesked     many a time when a go through the trouble to writing out a good post only to have it eaten. Or when all I get is "uh-ohs". Like Scratch and I'm sure most others, I want the forums to be as popular as the "good old days". Fixing certain issues
    doesn't happen overnight.

    Regardless of the problems I still like coming here and reading what my fellow gamers are chatting about.
