Why am I console banned

my consol must be banned. I recently was banned from voice communications but that ban was supposed to be over a month ago. No accounts on my Xbox have access to talk in parties and when I join a party it says check privacy settings but everything is unblocked.
I have done nothing for this

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Check enforcement.xbox.com to see if you have any outstanding bans on your account. That is the only place you can contact the enforcement team if you do.

Also try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and re-adding the account. Or try this

troubleshooter.

No i've had it Xbox 360 for 3 years and Xbox one for 1 year and i bought them from the store. and Xbox said that they don't know why im console banned and that its only 2 weeks.

I was playing against a modder recently the day before i got banned actually. cause i was playing black ops 2 and got into modded lobbies repeatedly so maybe some people taught that i was the modder and reported me.
