    why am i console ban but theres no info on it at enforcement site


    i got console ban for no reason then i went to my email and theres nothing there about the ban so i go and check my account on the xbox enforcement site and theres no info there about it i only found out i was console ban from the live support on here i
    just wanna dispute my ban or something i shouldnt even be banned in the first place i literally did nothing wrong i play bymyself alot i only talk to friends so how am i ban

    Xbox One - Console ban

    Since it's a console ban and not an account ban, that's why it's not listed on the enforcement site. You can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
    but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.

    Most likely it is a console ban since all accounts are affected which is why it's not listed on the enforcement site. Unfortunately all you can do is wait it out. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.

    Console has been permanently banned from Xbox Live

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home where there is more info on device bans as well.

    Console bans are not eligible for a case review.

    My Xbox Account is banned for no reason?

    Support are nothing to with enforcement so can't help or do anything.

    You say you haven't used the account for years so it could of been banned before the enforcement site was around which is why there is no info.

    Any enforcement action has to be appealed within a year so if it was banned years ago then there's nothing that can be done.
