    so i bought this game when it first came out then barely played it but today i decided id reinstall it & give it another try. however im being told to buy the game that i already own, if it can't simply work id really appreciate my money back. im not doing extra stupid steps to try to make it work, if i buy a game i should be able to play it plain & simple. i mean if i don't own the game then how'd i download it?? amazing

    lol update i went offline & im allowed to play everything offline cause i clearly own the game but y'all are like BUY THIS AGAIN when i go back online

    turns out it was vanguard i bought..but that only makes me more confused cause i can play black ops cold war zombies & campaign offline & never bought it lol

    Well... its hard to know why you can play Cold War offline

    Exists the possibility that you're game sharing this game with someone else if you have more than one profile added in your console

    For this please go to your Microsoft account order history
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Once there, make sure to change the "3 months" filter and use instead "All available" next to "Ordered within"
    Then start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the game with order status "completed"

    If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one

    Thanks Ron, I did what you had mentioned and when I did so (after ro checked if it was completed) it now says i nee do purchase the game. Though, it says i have the purchase completed

    Using your console, please go to the

    store>find the game>go to choose edition>manage>and reinstall all the content packs. After that, try launching the game and see if it works.
