    Why am I being told that the issue is my fault and I should buy a new xbox


    I've spoken to. Two xbox support staff who are both saying that I should buy a new console or send it for repair when it isn't needed to.

    I'm having connectivity issues with my xbox live and controllers.

    Hello!! I Did the latest insiders update and now I have a black screen permanently too and can’t use side menu at all but i have a second XBox so i downloaded the insider app then unenrolled the one with the issue from the program Which
    forces it to update when i switch back on

    It's not the issue that's bothered me. It's wasting 2 hour talking to people just to get told to send it for repair or buy a new one

    I sent my Xbox s in for a fan repair and after its return I can't stay signed it. I will disconnect once or twice a hour and even randomly get signed out. It's a xbox problem and they should handle it. You don't need to buy anything when tons of others
    agree having xbox live connection issues. And none of their solution work. I had to start using my old xbox now if i wanna play online.

    Update. It's working now so the problem must be on your end. So all that time wasted and being told I should buy a new one in not happy about at all. I may even switch to playstation now. Thanks for your help anyway.
