    Why am I being told that I need to rebuy DLC that I own on the 360?


    Hello! After coming back to Minecraft after a long time I wanted to reinstall minecraft and all of the add-ons that I owned but I can only download the natural texture pack and the skyrim mash up pack (my skin packs are fine) but I checked and I do own other
    stuff like the mass affect mash up pack and the plastic texture pack. When I go onto the minecraft and xbox store they just ask for a payment method.

    If the order history doesn't show the purchase was made the best course of action would be to

    request a callback     from one of our billing specialist! They could look further into the account and hopefully get this squared away!!

    I recently rebought a Xbox 360 disc copy of Skyrim, and I remembered I had the DLC's from a few years ago. So obviously I redownloaded them... except one, and that's Dawnguard because apparently I don't own it... except I do, I remember buying it all those
    years ago using this account, I even have achievements unlocked for that DLC (back in 2014), but magically I don't own it. It's not even in my download history on the 360.

    One thing I did notice, is around the time I did buy it, there's an item I can't redownload due to "Content Not Available".

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I had the same issue and I also found a workaround wherein we may need to turn off the recurring billing. To do so, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Just turn off the recurring billing and DO NOT cancel the subscription.

    I am rebuying this on the X1 anyway so I will get the expansion all the same. Though that's a good question ^ because if 360 adopters have to rebuy the whole game just to get the DLC, that is pretty poor form in my opinion.

    On your Xbox go to Settings>network settings>advanced>Alternate MAC Address>Clear. Your Xbox will have to restart then try again. However, if the issue still persists, Please access this link Xbox Support to perform a reset to your console. This should solve your issue.
