Why am I being charged

Dear Microsoft Customer Support,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent purchases on your platform. I have noticed that I have been charged 7 times for a total of $20.93 ($2.99 each time) on my debit card, and these charges were not authorized by me.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. I have checked my account settings and have not authorized any such purchases, which leads me to believe that there might be a technical glitch or a fraudulent activity on my account.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and refund the unauthorized charges made to my debit card as soon as possible. I have attached a screenshot of my recent transactions for your reference.

It would appear I haven’t added my card on any other account I have 2 account I added a card on to one but I took it off already. I will try to get it sorted with my bank

Hey luis thank you for reaching out to me I don’t see it at purchase history. I would submit a manual one but it just shows me getting charged to order number how may I be able to get them?

There is a simple solution to this issue if you do not wish to use a credit/debit card. Buy pre-paid cards. That way you won't have to worry about being charged at the end of each subscription term. You would just have to remember
to buy another pre-paid card.

FYI, pre-paid cards can be stacked up to 36 months.
