the amount being charged to my card is EUR3.99 and not US$ and when I look at his order history, it shows 1 entry for Xbox Game Ultimate Pass at EUR12.99/month and 1 entry for EA Access at EUR3.99/month. However, when I look at my bank account, Microsoft
have been deducting EUR3.99 TWICE per month for ages - this is my problem. The subscription history does not match the bank deductions and I'm still trying to find out why MS are taking EUR3.99 from my account TWICE per month when there is only 1 subscription.
Yes, my son did sign up for a trial period for EA Access and didnt cancel it but that does not give MS the right to charge me twice for it. So I'm still trying to find out how to both get an answer as to why they are charging my bank twice for a single subscription
and how I can get the multiple overcharged amounts back. Unfortunately, the MS Support route, via a non-existent chat service, is useless as it has been sitting for over 2 days not with no response.

As I have said, for a supposed tech giant, the Microsoft systems leave an awful lot to be desired and are anything but customer friendly!
