    Why am i being charged twice per nonth for the ultimate game pass when only one account has...


    Im seeing two charges on my cad EVERY month, once at the begging and the end. Both for 14.99 which is the ultimate game pass and only one acount has that subscription. The other account i have wouldnt have it cuz ive had it since before ultimate game pass
    was ever a thing so if that one did have a bill it would only be 9.99

    Hey, Can you also see in your microsoft account that you do not have 2 subscriptions. If so Please turn the auto renew off on this page first: account.microsoft.com/services/ Manage > Change
    > Stop recurring billing.
