why am I being charged for something I did not please refund my money back to my bank...

I dont understand why my refund keep being denied when it haven't been 5 or 14 days and I'm saying I didnt consent to any charge. I already contact my bank and took my card off xbox and I will make a police report if I have to show proof that I didnt
consent to my card being use . I need my money back please as soon as possible . I'm financially unstable at the moment due to covid19 I need a refund

Yeah, about that. I did call my financial institution and reported fraudulent charges. Seeing how it is a debit card and I would deal directly with the bank it would have to be left up to the vendor to refund the money. It seems MS is the one who dropped

Hi, thanks for the response, I have contacted my bank they told me both charges did not go through yet and I have received the refund for the first amount yesterday but did not get the other, as per my previous email it was charged twice( $ 30 something) for the game Insurgency Sandstorm it was on sale. I assumed maybe the game will now appear in my order history since I did not get the full amount, so I've but still no game. Am I missing something here?
