Why am i being charge? Why are you taking money off my account?

To cancel automatic payments for Xbox, you can follow these steps:

Sign in to your Microsoft account on the Xbox website.

Go to the Subscriptions page, and select the subscription you want to cancel.

Select Manage, and then turn off recurring billing.

Alternatively, you can also cancel your subscription through the Xbox console itself by following these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Go to System, and then select Settings.

Select Account, and then Subscriptions.

Select the subscription you want to cancel, and then select Cancel.

Once you've canceled your subscription, you'll still have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. If you have any issues cancelling your subscription, you can contact Xbox support for assistance.

@stone nobody is forcing you to buy anything. Why am I being forced to buy a headset? I already own one. Take it out and give me, $20 off. If you don't want to waste money on the kinect then why are you buying an xb1?
