    Why am I being blocked at every avenue just to get a return shipping label for my Series X...


    My Series X won't power on anymore. I initiated a return and the confirmation email at step 6 states this:

    Step 6: Print your shipping label

    We're sorry. We are unable to generate your shipping label. Please contact
    Microsoft Support     for further assistance. We apologize for this inconvenience.

    So I click the MS Support link and I have to go through a virtual agent and in the end all the options that pertain to repair and warranty end with the result being
    "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue."

    And the one actual option that seems like it will go anywhere is "Post to the forums". So here I am. I can't send my console back for repair because I am blocked from getting the proper shipping label.

    Not receiving Shipping Label via email for Xbox One S return.

    Why is this so difficult? Same exact thing. A Web page that returns literally, "[ ]", when one clicks the button "Get Shipping Label".

    Are you saying an email comes with the shipping label? I got an email about the return process, and logged in one sees what the OP shows when clicking "Get Shipping Label" ... taken to a page of "[ ]"

    My microsoft order for my Xbox series x still says pending but the icons have changed to a box that I think means shipping or being labeled. Should I be worried?

    They don’t even care about people who have haf problems with a brand new series x. Let alone someone trying to buy one.

    i was lucky enough to preorder one and i got it on launch day. It wouldnt power on! I tried to contact microsoft and they wouldn’t talk to me. They had a special automated option for returning. They gave me a return label, so i shipped it to them. This was
    last week and theres been absolutly no update, the current status is requesting that i print out the label and send it back. There is a message saying that if they dont receive it within 30 days they will cancel the service order! I have no idea if i am getting
    one returned. Had i known how horriable this service would be, id return it to Target.

    for all i know, im never getting it back!

    If you contact UPS either by phone or via their website you can organise for them to collect it from your house or where ever you prefer to have it collected from.
