Why am I being banned?

Two days ago, I received my first ever ban for “gamerpic” worth 4 strikes which equals 7 days. Since it was only a picture of Jynxzi with sunglasses on, they were quick to uplift this ban yesterday morning. I change my pic to another one of Jynxzi with long hair, and wouldn’t you guess?, banned again last night worth 4 strikes and TWENTY TWO DAYS. Two questions that I have are: why am I getting banned for harmless pics?, and why must I face a harsher suspension even though I was innocent on the first one?

You can try going to the enforcement page HERE & file for a case review if eligible but i highly doubt you'll get the ban overturned as those 3 letters stand for something that is considered a very serious threat by the enforcement team.

That's not what that means

Since you completely misunderstood the abbreviation you may want to type out the whole saying since the abbreviation means something else they go by the most common meaning and it's not what you think it is

This time the case review has been denied. Makes absolutely no sense as both gamerpics are of the same person , which leads me to wonder what’s different this time from the last.

Xbox enforcement actions are not related always to your latest activity.
Could be something that you did or posted a week ago (just to give you an example)

As your ban duration is 24 hours, you can't appeal due to this is the time that usually takes to enforcement team to review your appeal
